Challenge

Servicon has deep experience in healthcare facility cleaning and infection prevention. As the Covid-19 crisis unfolded, the company’s service professionals were on the frontlines, working side-by-side with doctors and healthcare staff to ensure patient safety and care. While the maintenance team was often overlooked or invisible pre-Covid, their role was becoming critical. Servicon enlisted our help to elevate and recognize the team’s dedication, professionalism and essential nature. 

Solution

Through interviews with Servicon leadership and team leaders, we were able to identify and share the stories, successes and sacrifices of numerous employees on-the-ground at healthcare facilities throughout Southern California.  The individuals were featured in the media, recognized internally at various virtual forums, and were nominated for and received “hero” awards from key industry associations and groups.
