Challenge

To reinvent a staid, 50-year-old brand to support its emergence in the digital media industry

Solution

Created a brand platform, identity (partnered with Trigger Design), and communications style that reflects the agency’s innovative thinking and digital media expertise while staying true to its core, long-standing strengths: metrics, research, and client service. For example, the new logo communicates the concept of growing ROI, a classic metric, but does so in a fresh, energetic way. There were numerous entities involved in the decision-making process, and during the course of the project, stakeholders and reporting structures shifted, and shifted again, requiring diplomacy and deft management on the part of our team.
