Mission: Increase this national commercial real estate firm's visibility among the technology community.
Methodology: Conceived of and executed a series of special projects targeting high-profile technology companies. Assignments included the development of a survey in conjunction with Stanford University on technology companies' real estate requirements, creation of issue-oriented and interactive Web content, development of a series of speaking engagements for the company chairman and CIO at technology-themed real estate conferences, and creation of a media strategy designed to highlight the company's expertise and experience within the technology sector.
