Trilogy Venture Search

Mission: Develop unique and targeted positioning for Trilogy Venture Search, a retained executive recruitment firm, and implement communications campaign to establish brand.

Methodology: Defined key differentiators and messages for Trilogy. A primary theme centered on the concept, "we'd rather be certain than first." One application of that concept included developing an interview methodology designed to gauge a candidate's level of integrity-an extremely important indicator when hiring executives today. The Trilogy story is being told through a variety of avenues including media outreach, speaker placement, online content, and direct mail.
