Studley, the premier commercial real estate services firm specializing in tenant representation

Reintroduce the Studley brand in Northern California and increase the firm’s visibility and credibility among key audiences including media; top-tier tenants in the legal, financial, professional services, and technology sectors; potential recruits; and influencers within the real estate and business communities.

In conjunction with Studley’s San Francisco and Silicon Valley offices, conceived of and executed a multi-faceted marketing communications campaign to reach top-level business executives and decision-makers. The campaign was centered on three primary components: revitalization of the firm’s brand and identity; significant expansion of Northern California offices including recruitment of high-profile team; and market knowledge and experience. Initiatives included media relations; event sponsorship and attendance; advertising; speaker placement; and direct mail program emphasizing Studley’s intellectual capital and proprietary market research, including the quarterly Studley Report. Continue to represent Studley in Northern California and expanded account to include Los Angeles, Orange County and San Diego offices.
